Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Full technical and operational experience of delivering programmes and features in Flame. Avid and Resolve knowledge also useful but not essential.

• Minimum of 5 years TV Post Production industry experience and broadcast credits.

• Understanding and good knowledge of Cameras, colour spaces, HDR and SDR workflows, resolutions, scaling and formatting images and aspect ratios. Frame rates and frame rate conversions.

• Ability to communicate and breakdown complex technical information in a concise and sensitive way both internally and client facing.

• Building and developing strong client relationships which could also include client entertainment when necessary.

Other Duties

• Work alongside Head of Production and Head of Operations to feedback on workflow suggestions from operations and scheduling perspectives.

• Working closely with the Sales team and Head of Production to maximise opportunities for the business.

• Attend workflow and relevant client meetings when required.

• Stay up to date with the latest technology and workflows.

• Ad hoc requests as required.

Skills to demonstrate!

• Excellent knowledge of Flame and associated plugins - Mocha Pro / Boris /Neat etc

• Methodical, accurate and precise approach to work undertaken

• Understanding of colour management pipelines, including ACES workflows and working with image sequences such as EXR and DPX

• Demonstrated knowledge of Broadcast and SVoD specs and requirements, including but not limited to, BBC, Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney

• AQC/PSE system knowledge, such as Vidchecker

• Excellent timekeeping and ability to hit deadlines.

• Have a proactive attitude

• Ability to work in both a team and independently.
