After finishing Film school in Dublin, Aidan Farrell began his career in animation, working as a film cameraman with legendary filmmaker Don Bluth on classics such as The Land Before Time, All Dogs Go to Heaven, and Rock-a-Doodle.

Now an Emmy, BAFTA, and four-time RTS award-winning colourist, Aidan has built an extraordinary career spanning animated feature films to an expansive body of work across multiple content genres. Beginning at Windmill Lane in Dublin and later honing his craft at Molinare and The Farm in London, Aidan has colour graded more than 2,000 music videos, commercials, and branded content for leading global artists and companies.

His extensive portfolio also includes a wide range of television programming—from high-end drama and documentaries to comedy, factual, music, and entertainment formats. In 2012, Aidan was honoured with the BAFTA Special Award, recognising his outstanding contribution to the industry.

As a Los Angeles native, Alex moved to London six years ago and quickly established himself as a talented Colourist at The Farm. Initially joining as a freelancer, he became a member of the Farm family in January 2022 and has since brought his creative vision to award-winning series such as Formula 1: Drive to Survive and Brawn: The Impossible Formula 1 Story. Alex thrives in collaborative environments, working closely with directors and creatives to give each project its own distinctive look and feel.

Alex’s journey began in Los Angeles as a Dailies Assistant, where he developed a keen understanding of the Post-Production process; and then moved on to grading rushes for a range of dramatic television programs. His passion for colour soon led him into final colour grading, where he took the lead on a variety of shows, feature films, and commercials. This diverse experience laid the foundation for his ongoing growth as a Senior Colourist at The Farm.

Today, Alex brings the same enthusiasm and artistic sensibility to every project he touches. With a deep respect for the power of colour in storytelling, he takes pride in enhancing visual narratives and ensuring each frame meets the highest standards. Whether working on documentaries, dramas, or entertainment series, Alex continues to find excitement and inspiration in the world of Post-Production.

Alex is Creative Director and Senior Sound Designer at The Farm Soho, with over 15 years of experience behind the mixing desk at various esteemed Soho Post-Production houses. Having worked on a myriad of award-winning advertising campaigns, as well as academy awarded films and series, his versatility in the studio knows no bounds. Alex is highly technically skilled and a multifaceted creative, lending himself to all areas of audio, from Sound Design to Music Composition; and ADR Recording to Re-Recording Mixing. Whether you need the most weird and wonderful sounds, or a majestic symphonic orchestration, Alex is your guy!

His journey into audio started at a very young age with a classical music education, and although his initial dreams of making it as a tennis player or professional ‘rollerblader’ fell flat, making sounds all day was his true calling. As a Creative Director, Alex believes in the importance of nurturing the future talent of The Farm, providing support for the whole Sound team with ongoing projects, sharing knowledge so that as a team we operate not only the highest technical standards, but creatively striving to offer the best results to our clients.

Having had the joy to sound design and compose music across thousands of Commercials projects for the likes of Audi, Samsung, Lego, Deliveroo, Durex etc.; Alex has also applied his audio skills to Academy Awards nominated Television and Feature Films, such as Three Body Problem (Netflix), The Boy And The Heron (Studio Ghibli), Guardians Of The Galaxy Vol.3 (Marvel), Kingdom Of The Planet of the Apes (20th Century Fox), One Day (Netflix). The most rewarding part of his role is the people he interacts with on every project, taking pride in providing clients with the best studio experience on offer.

Gary Turnbull is a Commercials Sound Engineer with a deep-rooted passion for audio that began in his early years experimenting with synths and samplers. This early curiosity evolved into a professional career after studying Sound Engineering at SAE Institute in Manchester, which laid the technical foundation for his work today.

Gary’s professional journey began at Grand Central (now The Farm), where he quickly found opportunities to work on high-profile campaigns. His first major project was the now-iconic M&S Food campaign, which opened the door to a range of award-winning and critically acclaimed work, including a D&AD Yellow Pencil for A Wonderful World for the BBC. Most recently, Gary was honoured with a CAS Award nomination for his work on Disney’s Mufasa: The Lion King.

With each project, Gary’s goal remains the same: to elevate storytelling through sound—whether it’s crafting rich, immersive audio or fine-tuning the details that make a commercial unforgettable.

Jodie Davidson is a London-based Senior Colourist with over 20 years of experience in post-production. She’s known for bringing a calm, collaborative approach to every project—whether it’s a feature film, high-end TV drama, short, or music video. Originally from Vancouver, Jodie began her career working her way up from the machine room to the grading suite. She moved to the UK in 2009 and joined Technicolor (now Farm Soho), where her journey—from grading dailies to final picture finishing—has been shaped by curiosity, commitment, and artistic growth.

Her passion for colour grading was sparked by a love of photography and an early ambition to become an editor. A formative role assisting a colourist opened her eyes to a craft that blends technical precision with visual storytelling—an approach that continues to define her work today.

Jodie’s credits span a wide range of acclaimed projects from The Revenant, Phantom Thread, Jupiter Ascending, and 45 Years to Channel 4’s It’s a Sin, Apple TV’s Prime Target, and Amazon’s The Wheel of Time (Seasons 1–3), earning her a BAFTA nomination for Season 2. She has also frequently collaborated with Joanna Hogg (The Souvenir I & II, The Eternal Daughter) and recently reunited with Paul Thomas Anderson for The Smile’s Wall of Eyes music video. Alongside her creative work, she believes in fostering an inclusive, supportive environment where great work—and new voices—are welcomed and valued.

Nuala Sheridan is a Senior Colourist at The Farm. Having originally studied to become a Broadcast Engineer, Nuala quickly realised that she needed more of a creative outlet, so she started working at Todd AO, a then Film Laboratory in Camden, where she became hooked on the art of film processing and telecine. That is where her journey began.

Over the last two decades, Nuala worked her way from Telecine Assistant to Senior Colourist, with a career that has taken her from London to Australia and onto numerous film sets. During that time she has collaborated with some incredibly talented creatives and filmmakers who have made her role feel very rewarding.

Having worked on film rushes for titles such a Bond and The Hurt Locker earlier in her career, Nuala built some strong relationships with DOPs and learnt the craft under real pressure. She has most recently graded high-profile scripted and factual content including Trying (Apple TV), Vienna Blood (BBC), American Nightmare and Get Gotti (Netflix). When asked what she loves most about her job it "is the ability to paint with light every day, collaborating closely with clients and helping bring their vision to life."

Sam Chynoweth is a highly respected Colourist and Imaging Supervisor, with expertise in creative grading and workflow management across feature films, episodic television, and animated productions. With nearly two decades of experience working at leading post-production and visual effects companies in Australia and the United Kingdom, Sam brings a unique technical foundation to his creative work. He is a specialist in colour theory, including ACES, multi-format workflows, and the management of complex, VFX-heavy pipelines.

Sam began his career in Sydney as a Post Services Technician, where he discovered his passion for grading working on feature animation, going on to finish acclaimed projects such as The Lego Movie (WB), The Lego Batman Movie (WB), and the live-action hybrid film Peter Rabbit (Sony).

Since moving to the UK, Sam has broadened his portfolio to include a diverse range of genres, with a particular focus on episodic drama and feature work for major studios. Notable recent credits include Black Mirror (Netflix), Industry (HBO/BBC), Odyssey (Electric Shadow/Stigma Films) and His Dark Materials (HBO/BBC) with his work earning a nomination for the 2023 BAFTA TV Craft Awards for Special, Visual, and Graphic Effects. His combination of deep technical knowledge and creative sensitivity continues to set him apart as a trusted collaborator in visually ambitious productions.

Will is a multi-disciplinary Sound Designer, Mixer, and ADR Recordist with over 16 years of experience spanning film, episodic television, high-profile advertising campaigns, kids’ TV, and games. His work has taken him to some of the industry’s leading facilities, including GCRS, Disney, Deluxe, Bubble TV, and Craft Worldwide.

In the Commercials world, Will has crafted immersive soundscapes and music for global brands such as Aldi, Pernod Ricard, Disney, and Samsung—delivering exceptional audio experiences across campaigns. His ADR expertise includes an impressive range of titles, from Wonka, Mufasa, Rebel Moon, Castlevania, Dungeons & Dragons, Atomic to The Tourist.

Beyond his Commercials work, Will’s recent credits include trailers for William Tell, Ballerina, and Seeds of a Sacred Fig, as well as extensive voicing for AAA game Hogwarts Legacy and sound design for charities including RNIB, Mind, and Llamau. Passionate about sharing his knowledge, Will has spoken on sound for APA, Post Super, and at various events and schools—mentoring and helping junior colleagues grow in their craft. When he’s not working with sound, Will channels the same precision and creativity into his other pursuits—carpentry, rescue diving, and cycling. Whatever he’s working on, Will brings a unique mix of obsession, attention to detail, and artistic flair.

Gareth has led the Sound department since 2005, now bringing 30 years of experience, creativity, and technical expertise to every project. He began his career after earning a BA (Hons) in Music Technology and Sound Recording in 1993, quickly establishing himself as a talented freelance sound editor. His first major success came in 1995 when he won a Goya Award (Spanish Oscar) for Best Sound on the cult classic El Día de la Bestia. In 1998, Gareth joined Anvil Post Production as a junior re-recording mixer, where he learned his trade and built up a strong and loyal client base.

Over the last three decades, Gareth has enjoyed working across broadcast tv and features films, thriving on variety and collaboration. He has remained passionate about all his projects whether it’s an intimate indie short or major cinematic release. Along the way he has been lucky enough to work with many inspirational film makers such as John Landis, Lone Scherfig and Alex Kurtzman. Recent work includes HBO & Channel 4’ Detective Drama GET MILLIE BLACK (Motive Pictures), Feature ALL OF YOU; which will stream on Apple TV+ in 2025 (MRC Entertainment) and Mammoth Screen’ Six-Part Novel Adaptation, THE FORSYTES.

Today, Gareth is based at The Farm's premier post-production facility on Great Marlborough Street, where he continues to mix flagship dramas and feature films. Outside the studio, he’s a dedicated family man—his two teenage sons keep him just as busy as his work. When he does find a spare moment, Gareth enjoys walking, reading, and playing squash.

Richard Cradick is a Senior Flame Artist with a deep expertise in VFX and online editing for TV Drama, working across both terrestrial broadcast and streaming services.

He has contributed to a broad range of acclaimed shows, including Luther (Series I & II), Wuthering Heights, The Alienist, Breeders (Series I & II), Patrick Melrose, and Black Mirror. He was nominated for the RTS Professional Excellence Award which speaks for his excellent collaborative nature and professionalism.

Richard believes that the best online editing often goes unnoticed—when the job is done well, the audience won’t even realise it’s there.

Tom is a Senior Sound Editor and Sound Designer who started his post career at The Farm as a runner and successfully worked his way up.

With a deep appreciation of the impact sound and music have on storytelling, he thrives on discovering how sound and sound design can bring stories to life in a unique and powerful way.

With a wide variety of projects under his belt, some of his career highlights so far include Twister: Caught in the Storm, award winning Formula 1: Drive to Survive, and Diamond Heist.

Danny Mulvenna is a Sound Editor at The Farm, shaping everything from dialogue to sound design before it goes to the mix stage. With three years in the industry and a lifelong passion for sound, music, and art, Danny brings a fresh and dynamic approach to every project.

He’s particularly enjoyed working on feature documentaries, with a highlight being Spacewoman, where he tackled the challenge of designing the liftoff and space shuttle interior scenes to help tell the story of an inspiring woman’s journey. Beyond documentaries, Danny has also lent his skills to projects like a recent youth initiative short film—a proud moment that underscores his love for seeing stories come alive on the big screen.

When he’s not editing, Danny enjoys making electronic music and visuals, drawing on the same creativity and energy that inform his sound work. Every new project brings fresh challenges and possibilities, and that’s exactly what keeps Danny connected to his craft.

Nick Fry is a highly respected re-recording mixer with 30 years of experience in the industry—25 of them spent at The Farm, where he is now Head of The Farm Audio department. Nick began his career as a runner and steadily worked his way up, driven by a deep passion for sound and storytelling. Throughout his career, he has worked across all genres, with a particular fondness for documentary and scripted comedy. He is always on the lookout for new technology, eager to explore the latest advances and how they can enrich the craft of mixing.

For Nick, collaboration is at the heart of everything he does, whether with his creative team or directly with productions.

A career highlight for Nick has been the phenomenal success of Formula 1: Drive to Survive, where he was proud to play a small part in its impact. Beyond that, he takes great pride in every project he works on. His dedication and craft have earned him numerous awards, including two BAFTAs, three RTS Awards, two Broadcast Tech Awards, a Cinema Audio Society Award, a Motion Picture Sound Editors Award, and two Emmy nominations—plus many other nominations.

Rob Grainger is a seasoned Senior Online Editor specializing in high-end drama. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for cinematic narratives, his expertise in finishing and visual effects helps make him a trusted collaborator in the post-production world.

Rob’s portfolio showcases his work on hit shows including Dope Girls (BBC), Trying (AppleTV), The Responder (BBC), and Cobra (Sky).

With a decade of experience in Sound Editing and Design, Jason made a journey from humble beginnings in the Midlands to a Sound Editor at The Farm in London. Starting as a runner and edit-assisting at various Bristol Post Houses, he eventually landed a Sound Editor role where his talent truly shines.

Jason's work has spanned a range of high-profile projects, each pushing the boundaries of immersive sound. A career highlight was The Lost Children, which involved weeks of research and custom sound recordings to recreate the haunting Amazon Rainforest in Dolby Atmos.

He is driven by the excitement of transforming ideas into rich soundscapes and collaborating closely with directors, bringing their ideas to life - it’s the passion and detail he brings to every frame that makes all the difference.

Stef Henley is a Senior Flame Artist and Online Editor at The Farm, where he’s been an integral part of the post-production team for over sixteen years. Starting as a runner —where he claims to have made "the best toast in Soho" - Stef’s journey up the creative ladder has seen him become a go-to talent for visually compelling and technically precise finishing work.

A lifelong enthusiast of photography and cinematography, Stef brings an artist’s eye to every frame he works on. He thrives on the challenge of complex creative problem-solving, collaborating closely with Directors, Colourists, and the wider Post-Production team to ensure every project resonates powerfully with its audience.

Some of Stef’s recent standout credits include The Twister: Caught in the Storm (Raw TV /Netflix), where he enjoyed a level of creative freedom that felt like playing in a visual playground. He’s also proud to have contributed to two Sports Emmy-winning documentaries: Formula 1: Drive to Survive, Season 6 (Box to Box / Netflix), and Brawn: An Impossible Formula One Story (North One / Disney+); and BAFTA TV Awards nominee: American Nightmare (Raw TV). When not crafting immersive visuals, Stef can be found falling off his skateboarding...and maybe landing the odd trick if he's lucky.

With over 26 years experience, Steve is a multi-award winning Documentary Re-recording Mixer and Supervising Sound Editor. He joined the Farm in 2017 as Senior Re-recording Mixer, from Splice Post Production. Prior to that he was a Senior Re-recording Mixer at Molinare, having been employed there for 16 years. Steve has become one of the most respected documentary Re-recording Mixers in the industry and continues to gain recognition and plaudits from clients and peers both in the UK and internationally.

Steve’s passion for storytelling with sound is evident from the very first introduction. And in his role as Supervising Sound Editor and Re-recording Mixer, he truly believes in close collaboration with Directors, Editors, Composers and Producers ensuring that every project achieves it’s full potential. He has spent a career shaping and developing his unique mix craft, as well as his sound design skills which form an integral part of his work. From theatrical and streaming features to episodic content, Steve has worked across diverse documentary styles and genres. He was one of the first Re-Recording MIxers to produce documentary content in Dolby Atmos, with over seven years of experience in the format.

With over two decades of experience working as a documentary sound storyteller, Steve has a deep understanding and appreciation of the creative and editorial vision of the Directors he works with. He is hugely respected for both the creative and technical ambition that he brings to each project.

Lydia is a re-recording mixer who has received much praise for her work over the years. Her instinctive ear and technical precision have established her as a valued collaborator across many shows.

She began her career in factual programming almost a decade ago, refining her skills on documentaries and factual entertainment for major broadcasters including BBC, Channel 4, and Discovery. Since joining The Farm, Lydia has carved out a strong reputation in the world of comedy entertainment, mixing hit shows such as The Big Fat Quiz of the Year, Michael McIntyre’s The Wheel, and Blankety Blank. She is also increasingly sought after in the world of high-end documentary, with recent credits including JFK: One Day in America, Formula 1: Drive to Survive, and Saudi Pro League: Kickoff. Most notably, Lydia mixed the acclaimed Russia 1985–1999: Traumazone, which went on to win the BAFTA for Best Specialist Factual in 2023.

Lydia brings a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach to every mix, with a strong sense of how sound can elevate storytelling. Her work reflects both technical skill and a genuine care for the craft.

With two decades of experience in Post-Production, Nick has established a distinguished career as an Online Editor & Flame Artist in film and television since 2010. Beginning as a Technical Operator in feature films, he transitioned seamlessly into episodic and high-end drama, becoming a highly respected Senior Online Editor.

Throughout Nick's career, he has contributed to numerous award-winning projects, including BAFTA and Emmy-winning shows and has delivered content for most leading broadcasters and streaming platforms. Beyond technical delivery, he has been creatively involved in VFX design, title sequences, and credit design, collaborating with some of the industry’s most inspiring writers, producers, and directors. Nick’s ability to seamlessly merge technical skill with creative insight has made him a valued partner on every project.

In addition to creative contributions, Nick has played an active role in refining workflows and leveraging new technologies to improve both efficiency and client experience. His portfolio spans a diverse array of genres — from period drama to action, thriller, adventure and comedy — bringing adaptability and a deep understanding of creative and production requirements. Tom Keats is a Sound Designer and composer working in our shortform team. A homegrown talent, Tom studied Music Technology at University before starting at Grand Central as a runner, working his way up the ranks into the studio. 

Tom has demonstrated versatility in the studio, specialising in Sound Design but dipping into ADR and composition, as well. As a sound designer he has worked on a variety of Commercials projects, music videos and short, and feature length films; picking up a Young Arrow Award as part of the creative team for Floyd "Elevating Every Journey".

Tom has worked on campaigns for Nike, Ministry of Sound and Floyd Suitcases; music videos for Mabel, The Hives and Victoria Canal; and Sound Designed and Mixed Slick Films backed feature The Edge of Existence.

Gibran Farrah is an accomplished Re-Recording Mixer and ADR Mixer with over a decade of experience working in HETV drama and film sound. He began his career as an ADR Mixer at Boom Post, where he quickly rose to prominence as one of London’s top ADR recordists. His early work on renowned productions like The Crown, Game of Thrones, and Chernobyl established his reputation for precision and creativity in capturing and enhancing performance.

Building on this foundation, Gibran has seamlessly transitioned into the mixing world, contributing as an assistant mixer on high-profile series such as Boat Story and Black Mirror. His expertise and collaborative approach have earned him co-mixing credits on major projects, including Get Millie Black (HBO & Channel 4), Outrageous (U & Britbox), and All Creatures Great & Small (PBS & Channel 5).

With a meticulous ear for detail and a dedication to elevating every mix, Gibran brings a dynamic energy and wide skillset to every production. Out of the studio he is an accomplished guitarist in several bands, with a number of album credits to his name.

Jonno Field is a Senior Online Editor at The Farm, finishing shows to the highest standard and ensuring they’re broadcast-ready. Jonno’s career in television began in 1987 in Wiltshire, before moving to London in 1989. Over the years, he has worked at several major Soho post houses, bringing a wealth of experience and a deep understanding of the technical and creative processes behind exceptional television.

Reflecting on the changes in technology since he started, Jonno appreciates how far the industry has come—no longer wrestling with ten VT machines to sync up simultaneously, but instead harnessing advanced tools that make the creative process more accessible and dynamic. Jonno has worked across a wide range of genres and projects, from iconic shows like Blind Date and the original Gladiators, to comedy staples such as I’m Alan Partridge and Billy Connolly’s World Tour of Scotland; and even cooking shows with Jamie Oliver and Gordon Ramsay.

Being part of award-winning and groundbreaking series such as Educating Essex has been a career highlight, cementing Jonno’s reputation for quality, creativity, and dedication to the craft of Post-Production.

Lee Twohey is a talented Colourist with over 20 years of experience at Picture Shop (formerly Technicolor). His impressive background includes mastering and dailies work on feature films like Harry Potter, Batman Begins, and V for Vendetta. In recent years, Lee has seamlessly adapted his film expertise to the fast-paced world of episodic streaming, contributing as an Additional Colourist on visually complex VFX-heavy series such as The Man Who Fell to Earth and The Wheel of Time.

In addition to his episodic work, Lee has brought his keen eye for detail and nuanced colour sensitivity to several acclaimed short films, including The Black Cop—winner of the BAFTA British Short Film award—and Pretty Bonnet, which was nominated for the HIFF Award for Funniest Horror Comedy.

Whether working as the lead or collaborating as part of a larger team, Lee’s dedication to delivering exceptional results has made him a trusted Colourist across genres. Away from the grading suite, he’s usually pitch-side, supporting his two aspiring footballer sons from one match to the next.

Andrew Godwin is an accomplished Re-Recording Mixer, bringing decades of experience to the art of sound for television and film. After leaving school, Andrew was determined to work in a recording studio. Inspired by a live music mixer at the BBC, he landed his first job in the early 1990s at Trevor Horn’s Sarm Studios as a tape operator, working with acts such as George Michael and The Pet Shop Boys—editing on analogue multitrack tapes.

In the late 1990s, Andrew transitioned from music to TV, joining Telecine as a Studio Assistant to Bob Jackson and Mike Narduzzo, who were mixing high-end documentaries. His journey then took him to The Farm, where he started as a T-Layer and progressed to mixer. After mixing documentaries and reality shows, he found his passion in Scripted Comedy with shows like Peep Show and Gavin and Stacey, which paved the way for him to mix dramas such as Skins and George Gently—a path he continues to follow today.

Andrew loves the creative challenge of lifting a show purely through sound, collaborating with directors and sound teams to make each project more engaging for the viewer. Notable credits include The Mighty Boosh (BBC), Kiss Me First (Netflix), Gold Digger (BBC), Riviera (Sky), Boarders (BBC), Doc Martin (ITV), and Moonflower Murders (BBC).

Tim Ellison is a Senior Editor at The Farm

Tamer Osman is an accomplished Online Editor with four decades of experience in Post-Production. From the early days linear tape editing to today’s complex digital workflows, his breadth of experience has given him a unique perspective on both the technical precision and creative finesse required to bring every project across the finish line.

Among the many highlights of his career, Tamer is particularly proud of his work on impactful feature documentaries like Chernobyl: The Lost Tapes, Hell Jumper, and Antidote (Kill List: Hunted by Putin's Spies), as well as The Rise and Fall of Boris Johnson and the powerful The Undercover Police Scandal: Love and Lies Exposed series.

"Tam" thrives on complex, demanding projects that require coordination, problem-solving, and patience. His attention to detail and calm under pressure have made him an invaluable collaborator, especially when navigating the needs of directors and post teams.

With a decade of experience and a deep passion for sound and storytelling, Will is an accomplished re-recording mixer known for crafting immersive audio experiences across film, television, and digital media.

He has worked on a wide variety of high-profile productions, including Paul and Bob: Gone Fishing, Joanna Lumley’s Spice Trail Adventure, The Traitors USA, and the long-running entertainment hit Britain’s Got Talent.

Will has a strong background in dialogue, music, and effects mixing, and brings creative precision and technical expertise to every mix. Whether enhancing quiet, emotional moments or shaping bold dramatic moments, he is dedicated to delivering high-quality audio that elevates every story.

Del Shoebridge is a highly experienced Offline and Online Editor whose career began in a Dublin Post-Production house in the 1990s. With a background in electronics, Del initially started out as a technician before discovering a passion for editing that would shape his professional journey.

Since joining The Farm in London in 2002, Del has established himself as a versatile editor working across a range of formats, with a particular focus on studio-based entertainment and panel shows. His credits include The Big Fat Quiz of the Year, Blankety Blank, I Literally Just Told You, and Parents Evening. For Del, the excitement lies in seeing how a studio production can transform in the edit, often leading to surprising and rewarding results.

Del’s toughest project to date? His daughter’s school nativity—proof that even the smallest productions can tug at the heartstrings and challenge an editor’s creativity!

With almost 25 years in Audio and a total of 30 years in Post-Production, Liam Milner is a highly experienced and versatile Re-Recording Mixer at The Farm. His passion for Funk, Hip Hop and Electronica vinyl led him to a career in sound, working on a variety of projects with unique Audio needs. From designing the sound of the "smell of death" in Paranormal Witness, yeti growls in Russian Yeti, the Rapture in Revelation: End of Days and Black Hawk Down in No Man Left Behind; to dancing, unruly teen Geordies in Geordie Shore and Mary Berry's soufflé.

Liam is happiest working on projects that needs a little love and audio magic sprinkled liberally, but his biggest passion is working on Documentaries, because they have the power to bring to life untold stories in an informative and entertaining way.

A bank of faders, a drive full of whooshes and bangs, and a challenging brief, are all that Liam needs to put his magic to work. And the excitement of knowing that millions of people are hearing his work: there is nothing better than that.

Damian originally trained as a musical theatre performer, singing, dancing, and acting in many professional productions. But he soon had a revelation: what he really craved wasn’t the dazzling lights of the West End, but a far more solitary life, best spent in dark studios with great coffee, comfy sofas, and far fewer sequins.

He transitioned into composing and producing music for theatre, commercials, and TV, which eventually led him into the world of post-production. That strong musical foundation, combined with a sharp ear for narrative and performance, makes Damian uniquely skilled at blending his music production background with a talent for audio post-production, delivering creative work with genuine commercial impact.

After decades behind the mixing desk, Damian is now one of the first names on the call sheet for many of the world’s top entertainment and music shows. His credits include Britain’s Got Talent, America’s Got Talent, The X Factor (UK and USA), The Masked Singer, Live at the Apollo, and an extensive catalogue of music broadcasts. Damian brings polish, pace, and personality to every mix, delivering broadcast-ready sound that connects with audiences and keeps producers coming back.

Mark Wybourn is a Senior Editor with extensive experience across both unscripted and scripted programming, as well as three feature films—including one shot on 35mm. Trained at the BBC, Mark began as a staff editor in 1992 before going freelance in 1999. In 2016, he joined The Farm as a Senior Editor, bringing with him decades of expertise.

From big entertainment shows and music specials to OBs, live events, narrative documentaries, and single or multi-camera scripted comedies, Mark has a remarkable range. His credits span from Adele, Harry Styles, and U2 Live at the BBC; to the Invictus Games in Canada and Australia, and the feature film Kevin and Perry Go Large. Mark is experienced in seeing projects through every stage of post-production, from shoot to delivery—including online, grading, dubbing, and tight turnarounds for live broadcasts.

As Mark jokes, his mum once said, “you’ll never get a job watching telly” when he was a lazy teenager glued to the screen. He’s proud to have proved her wrong, and he still loves what he does.

James Ridgway began his sound career in 2007 at Technicolor London as Foley Recordist, later joining Boom Post where he worked as ADR Recordist and Assistant Mixer on award-winning shows such as Game of Thrones and The Crown.

Now a Re-Recording Mixer at The Farm, his passion for storytelling through sound has earned him a BAFTA TV Craft Award for His Dark Materials Series 2, as well as several other nominations—including an Emmy nomination for Black Mirror Series 6 and further BAFTA nomination for Baby Reindeer. Known for his meticulous attention to detail and collaborative approach, James has become one of London’s most sought-after Re-Recording Mixers.

Outside of work James is a keen jazz trombonist and Musical Director of a 17-piece Big Band in East London.

Jason is an Emmy and RTS-winning, BAFTA-nominated online editor, celebrated for his work on high-end film, television, and VFX. With more than three decades of experience in post-production, he is known for his seamless blend of creativity, technical expertise, and innovative thinking.

Jason’s versatility allows him to thrive across multiple genres. From the fast-paced world of Netflix’s Emmy-winning Drive to Survive, to gripping documentaries like Flight 149: Hostage of War and American Nightmare, and live concert films for global superstars such as Adele and U2, his breadth of work reflects his ability to elevate any project to the highest standard.

Tom Collins is an Avid-based Online Editor with over a decade of experience, specializing in entertainment, reality, and documentary programming. With a sharp eye for detail and a commitment to crafting engaging stories, he ensures that every project meets the highest standards of quality and creativity.

Over the years, Tom has contributed to a diverse range of programs for ITV, BBC, and Channel 4. His credits include Britain’s Got Talent, The Misadventures of Romesh Ranganathan, Blankety Blank, South Korea with Alexander Armstrong, The Masked Singer, Family Fortunes, and M&S Dress The Nation. These projects have allowed Tom to collaborate with talented teams and bring fresh ideas to each production.

For Tom, working in a creative industry has always been the goal, and doing so at this fantastic company while tackling a variety of projects fuels his passion and dedication to the craft.

Will joined The Farm (formerly Technicolor and then Picture Shop) as a Sound Assistant in 2018, shortly after graduating from the renowned Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts with a first-class honours degree in Sound Technology.

In just a few years, Will has already built a broad and impressive portfolio. As a Re-Recording Mixer, he has contributed to notable episodic projects such as Baby Reindeer and Black Mirror, as well as feature films like All of You and The Electrical Life of Louis Wain. Alongside his mixing work, he has also gained experience as an ADR Recordist, expanding his skillset and versatility within the sound department.

Rob Leventhall is a talented Online Editor, who began his career creating branded content for both Film and TV before grounding himself in the world of television Post-Production as a Technical Supervisor. In that role, Rob guided numerous projects from ingest through to final delivery, working across both Scripted and Unscripted formats for broadcast and streaming platforms.

Driven by a genuine passion for Post-Production and the collaborative spirit of the people behind it, he has brought this wealth of experience to the Online suite, working on a range of high-profile unscripted programming such as Chris McCausland's Wonders of the World I Can’t See, Sophie Morgan’s Fight to Fly, and Britain’s Got Talent.

His work includes Online finishing, grading, and international re-versioning. In 2023, Rob’s talent and potential were recognised when he was selected as one of the TV Foundation's Ones to Watch.

With 25 years of experience in the industry, Tom Holborow has worn many hats—runner, librarian, VT operator, online and grade assistant, offline editor, and online editor—evolving alongside the changing landscape of post-production from film and tape to Avid and Flame.

His passion for editing was sparked by a Film and Television degree and an inspiring article about Scorsese’s editor being his most important creative partner. This journey has taken Tom across BAFTA-winning documentaries, beloved comedies, feature films, and a wide range of entertainment and reality shows, where he has always found something creative and rewarding in every genre.

Tom's approach to each project inspires a collaborative environment. His versatility and unwavering curiosity continue to drive his craft, ensuring that every story is told with skill, care, and creativity.

With over a decade of experience in Post-Production, Jake Mably has developed a reputation for delivering high-end unscripted television content. Starting as a runner and working his way up through edit assisting and editing roles, he has gained a deep understanding of the entire Post-Production process.

His ability to take a project from offline edit through to online and final delivery sets him apart as a well-rounded and resourceful editor. As an Offline Editor, he has played a key role in shaping shows like I Literally Just Told You, The Chris and Rosie Ramsey Show, and The Lateish Show with Mo Gilligan, and has been the second editor on The Graham Norton Show for several years. As an Online Editor, he has worked on numerous projects and is skilled in grading on Avid Symphony—recently showcased in Joe Lycett vs Sewage. His ability to navigate between roles allows him to bring a fresh perspective and creative flexibility to every production.

In addition to entertainment shows, Jake enjoys working on documentaries and music specials that showcase his passion for storytelling. His documentary credits include Grayson Perry’s Art Club, Mortimer and Whitehouse: Gone Fishing, and The Misadventures of Romesh Ranganathan. He has also contributed to a wide range of Music and Awards shows, including BAFTA, The Royal Variety Performance, and Katy Perry: Night of a Lifetime. For Jake, the best part of post-production is the opportunity to collaborate with creative teams and bring a diverse mix of projects to life with precision and style.

Johnny Saunders is an experienced Editor known for his creative instinct, technical precision, and collaborative spirit. From fast-turnaround studio shows to high-profile entertainment formats, he shapes stories with pace, humour, and clarity, ensuring every episode leaves a lasting impression. Johnny’s credits include The Jonathan Ross Show and Blankety Blank, where he worked closely with producers to refine the structure, balance gameplay with comedy, and elevate each episode’s storytelling.

Johnny began his editing journey at the age of 15, drawn in by the storytelling potential of post-production during a work experience placement. A small challenge using Avid Media Composer sparked his passion, showing him how editing could completely shift a narrative. He went on to study Broadcast Media and built his career from the ground up, gaining hands-on experience in post-production houses and learning from producers, directors, and fellow editors along the way.

Known for his collaborative approach, Johnny works closely with clients and post teams to bring every project to life. He thrives under pressure, often working on tight deadlines, and believes the best edits come from open dialogue, strong relationships, and a willingness to experiment. Whether crafting quick-witted studio formats or shaping emotional moments in chat shows, Johnny is passionate about telling stories that connect with audiences and spark conversation.

Rich Wilson has been with The Farm for 15 years, serving as an Online Editor since 2014. Beginning his career exclusively with Avid, Rich has recently expanded his expertise to include Flame, broadening his scope and elevating the quality of his finishing work across a diverse range of streaming content.

He takes particular pride in his contributions to BAFTA-winning show The Traitors, and the Emmy-winning series Formula 1: Drive to Survive. These projects have pushed him both technically and creatively, and he’s grateful for the opportunity to help bring them to life.

For Rich, the best part of his role is being the final step in the Post-Production process, where a client’s vision and months of effort culminate in a polished piece on screen—a moment that truly makes the work feel rewarding.
