Edit Assistant
We’re looking for an enthusiastic Edit Assistant with Post facility and high end large format entertainment experience to join The Farm. As an Edit Assistant, you will focus on supporting our offline suites and ensure the smooth running of the department.
This is a position that may feature shift work including nights and weekends on a rotation.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
• Carrying out scheduled work including media ingest, expor.ng, syncing & grouping & turnovers u.lising a range of platforms & workflows
• Providing front-line technical support across our Avid Media Composer estate to clients and staff both in-house & remote

What Experience we’re looking for!
• Minimum 2 years experience in a technical role in a Post Production environment
• Evidence of good Avid knowledge and/or experience.
• Good understanding of video formats, files, frame rates and resolu.ons and familiarity with working with different video codecs
• Good IT skills, PC and Mac literate.
• Excellent and accurate attention to detail data input and checking
• Ability to communicate well with internal departments
• Confident in prioritising tasks and able to work across multiple jobs simultaneously
• Good timekeeper and able to meet deadlines
• Ability to work individually as well as part of a team
